Police have recently apprehended Gabor Acs, Viktor Berki and Andras Janos Vass and charged them for human trafficking, racketeering and prostitution for allegedly being involved in pimping out young European men in the US.

The victims were mostly between 20-22 years of age, and lured to America with the promise of money and work. Upon arrival, they were housed in a tiny bedroom in New York and forced to work for up to 20 hours a day. Work entailed having sex with clients, with each other, and being taped on video. With no pay. They made up to $40,000 each per month for their captors.
They were threatened with violence and death if they tried to run away. They also had no money, no documents, and could not speak English. So they had nowhere to run.
They were discovered after they were moved to Miami. Neighbors were wondering why the house they were kept in had a "never-ending parade of luxury vehicles" parked and suspected that illegal activities were happening. Sometimes, being a nosy neighbor really pays off.
