Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue, a rescue group for dogs based in New York City, organized a calendar that features cute and adoptable dogs with hot and shirtless men. Now who could resist something like that?
The 2015 calendar is called "Hunks and Hounds." It is aimed to raise funds for Louie's Legacy while promoting animal welfare in the process. Photographer Mike Cruz had this to say about the project: "The message of the calendar is that we should all be kind to animals and protect them from harm."

Regarding the adoptability of the male models, here's what he had to say: "As far as I know, and I know a lot, they are all single. I just hope that people enjoy the images, and that they are reminded daily that adopting and loving an animal is the most humane thing a person can do. I hope we sell a million so that Louie's Legacy can broaden their services to be able to help more dogs find forever homes."
