Who Is Ellen's New Gardener?

A few weeks back, we got news that Ellen's gardener, Nick, got the opportunity of a lifetime and scored a Magic Mike XXL gig. Great for him. But his absence left Ellen with untrimmed bushes. And she sent out a quest for a temporary gardener.

So now, we are down to the final three contenders. Which one of them will be the lucky one?

Ellen had them parade around shirtless, and asked each one of them a simple question. But the final decision came from the audience: the guy who got the loudest clap got the job!

Nick Jonas On Kim Kardashian's Photo

Nick Jonas was a guest on Meredith Vieira's show earlier this week, and they had a short chat about Kim Kardashian. More specifically, they talked about how Nick's face ended up on Kim's "booty photo."

As it turns out, the whole thing was to be blamed on Joe Jonas. Nick had this to say about the viral photo recreation:

“That was his idea. We were out in the city the other night and obviously it was the day Kim’s shoot came out and he pulled it up on his phone and said, ‘Oh my God someone just sent me this.’ And I said you have to post that right now, you have no choice and he did and I think it’s one of his most liked pictures on Instagram now.”



I don't know about you, but I would much rather have Nick's face on his own body.

Is Harry Styles Bisexual?

One Directioner Harry Styles made the news last week when he made suggestive comments about possibly being bisexual. In an interview, Harry told a reporter that gender is “not that important” when evaluating or looking for a potential new partner or mate.

The media had a field day with the story and milked it for all it's worth. Fellow One Directioner Louis Tomlinson even went as far as getting into a Twitter war with a reported when he thought he was being called gay.

The one person not affected by it all? Harry Styles himself. He even added fuel to the fire by giving more suggestive comments regarding his sexuality.

During another interview, he and the only other "single" One Direction member, Niall, were asked about their love lives. They then joked about how Niall sleeps with a different lady each week. The reporter suggested that the next person should be a guy. Harry's response? He placed his hand on Niall’s knee and told him, “Don’t knock it ’til you try it.”

Magic Mike XXL will grace the big screen soon, but that doesn't mean we don't get to hear some spoilers and leaks here are there. Channing Tatum, the movie's lead star, had this to say in an interview with Time:

"It’s for all! You’ll see — we serviced that as well, in a way. … One of our first stops is at a drag club on our odyssey. We call it a stripper odyssey because it’s a traveling band of strippers. This movie is a lot more fun. In the first movie, we were obligated to show the underbelly — the pitfalls and dangers of being in that world. In this one, we kicked off a lot of the darkness. We’re going to have a lot of fun on the road together. Hopefully you’re going to care about these guys, and then get to see a lot of ridiculous nakedness and stupidity… We got Joe Manganiello naked as much as possible. At first glance, you would think that actor Colin Farrell is the type of guy who wouldn't have anything to do with homosexuality. I don't think I have ever heard the words "Colin Farrell" and "gay" in a sentence together. I love Colin, and I didn't think it was possible for me to love him even more.

He sent out an open letter (published in Sunday World) recently about marriage equality in Ireland, and it's raw, emotional, and sincere. Check it out.

I think I found out my brother wasn’t grovelling in heterosexual mud like most boys our age when I was around 12. I remember feeling surprised. Intrigued. Curious. Not bi-curious before you start getting ideas.

I was curious because it was different from anything I’d known or heard of and yet it didn’t seem unnatural to me. I had no reference for the existence of homosexuality. I had seen, by that age, no gay couples together. I just knew my brother liked men and, I repeat, it didn’t seem unnatural to me. My brother Eamon didn’t choose to be gay. Yes, he chose to wear eyeliner to school and that probably wasn’t the most pragmatic response to the daily torture he experienced at the hands of school bullies.

But he was always proud of who he was. Proud and defiant and, of course, provocative. Even when others were casting him out with fists and ridicule and the laughter of pure loathsome derision, he maintained an integrity and dignity that flew in the face of the cruelty that befell him.

I don’t know where those bullies are now, the ones who beat him regularly. Maybe some of them have found peace and would rather forget their own part of a painful past. Maybe they’re sitting on bar stools and talking about “birds and faggots” and why one’s the cure and the other the disease.

But I do know where my brother is. He’s at home in Dublin living in peace and love with his husband of some years, Steven. They are about the healthiest and happiest couple I know. They had to travel a little farther than down the aisle to make their vows, though, to Canada, where their marriage was celebrated.

That’s why this is personal to me. The fact that my brother had to leave Ireland to have his dream of being married become real is insane. INSANE.

It’s time to right the scales of justice here. To sign up and register to vote next year so that each individual’s voice can be heard

How often do we get to make history in our lives? Not just personal history. Familial. Social. Communal. Global. The world will be watching. We will lead by example. Let’s lead toward light.

There's A New "Hot Mugshot Guy" In Town

So there's a new "hot mugshot" going around online, and it's that of a certain Sean Kory. This 29 year old guy was reportedly arrested in Santa Cruz, California after he attacked a guy dressed up as a Fox news reporter.

Let's take a moment and glorify yet another criminal by wasting our precious time reading about him.

According to reports, Sean shouted "I hate Fox News," grabbed the costumed guy's mic, put it down his pants and sexually played around with the prop. He then went on to attack the costumed Fox news reporter using a tennis racquet.

The victim requested for the assistance of the cops, who then arrested Sean. That's when the mugshot was taken and it somehow went viral afterwards.

Men are dropping their trousers and showing off their underwear/pants in an effort to raise HIV awareness and funding. In case you haven't heard of it, the drive is called #Pants2HIV, and it should be showing on your Instagram and Twitter timelines by now.
