This cop got a lot of coverage since his participation in a national male pageant was announced. Since then, he had TV guestings, magazine exposures, and social media stardom. It was no surprise that he dominated the Misters of the Philippines contest held last September 7.
He has the full support of the Philippine National Police which regards him as "an exemplary role model of good health." Other police officers are also urged to follow in his footsteps "in terms of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle to be of better service to the public."
Imagine if all cops looked like this!
Neil was a crowd favorite from the start and ended up besting 26 other contestants for the Mister Philippines International title.
