It has previously been announced that villains like Firestorm (Dominic Purcell) and Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) will be fighting the speedster, but it has also been revealed that one of DC's "first openly gay characters" The Pied Piper is set to join the cast midseason.
TV Line reports that the show's version is named Hartley, who loses his hearing in an accident. He goes around doing his evil deeds using a special invention of his (what could it be? lol). The comic version, on the other hand, was born deaf but got cured. He then develops hypnotism using music, as well as generation of deadly vibrations.
